Hosta 'School Mouse' PP29559

Common Name: Hosta

This sport of ‘Church Mouse’ shares all the same great features as its parent but possesses a clearly defined yellow margin. Thick, coarsely wavy leaves have blue-green to green centers and creamy yellow margins that holds its color fairly consistently throughout the season. Proportionate scapes carry lavender flowers in early summer.

Hostas are exceedingly popular perennials in today's gardens due to their versatility in the landscape. Hostas also grow well in city environments where the air may be polluted by car exhaust, etc.
